During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. the hotel's proximity to public transportation made it easy to explore the city without spending a lot on taxis. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

Very good location, right next to the metro station. No restaurants nearby but taxis are really cheap so who cares. Staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great but i'm not a fussy person, for the price we paid it was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location - just outside of bangkok. The train station is literally a 2 minute walk from the front door. The room was big enough for the both of us to feel comfortable. Free water supplied :) Air conditioning was great!!
The breakfast is the local tradional thai breakfast. Not great for everyone!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the MRT station and only a short walk away from Lat Prao Square. The hotel facilities were also very good, particularly the room and the bathroom. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
It was all superb.

The hotel provides clean rooms with friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate an early check-out. the hotel offers a nice variety of breakfast options and provides comfortable bedding.
The hotel is located in a remote area with no nearby restaurants, which can be inconvenient for guests. the walls are thin and do not provide proper sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep through the noise of neighbors or traffic.

The hotel is old and very dull. Out of all stuff only 1 girl speaks good english other stuff does not speak they know 2-3 words in english and that's it. The hotel is very far from city center. But very close to chatuchack market. I will never stay there again.

The hotel is a great base as it is located near the MRT station and Lat Prao square, making it easy to access various attractions. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the well-appointed bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is also top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist you. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of Asian and American dishes to choose from, and the view from the hotel is stunning.
Some areas around the hotel can be dirty and underdeveloped.

The location is near the mrt train station. The room was large.
The consent in the bathroom was broken, so I couldnt use the hairdryer there. The rooms were not cleaned correctly: There was dust everywhere and the pot to boil water was not clean as well. When we arrived at 8 pm the restaurant and the cafe were already closed, and in that area there are no other restaurants except in a big hotel nearby. WiFi didnt work from the 5th floor upwards but even in the lobby it was very slow as was their pc. We got a special price so it was okay, but the general impression was that what was once a great hotel is going downhill because it is not taken care of and the ineptitude of the staff. There was just one female staff at the reception during daytime which was excellent.
